Even after reinstatement I believe he is in line to get suspended for at least 6-8 games for the domestic stuff/substance abuse. Can't recall specific details.
Dynasty? Probably still worth a roster spot to see what shakes out. Redraft? Completely depends on what you're giving up by keeping his roster spot 'dead' for, potentially, at least half a season(and possibly longer).
