David Carr the rest of the way (1 Viewer)

Although no td's today, he was 25-30 for 223 with a pick. The rest of his schedule looks to be great vs. the pass - Jets, Raiders, Titans, Pat then Colts. Okay, well, the next 3 are great and he will have to throw against the pats and Colts. The way the QB's have gone down today, and with others having tough injuries to their lines (Bulger), Carr could be a sneaky play until the end of the season.

What do you think?

Alright, there's gotta be some people who are out there looking for a QB and chances are this guy is available in some leagues. Alex Smith is another that could be a filler now since he's got Davis back and Battle is looking great.

Where's the vomit emoticon. It would be used for this thread. Make it a double.

I can only imagine what Andre Johnson would be like with an NFL caliber QB.

at NY Jets

at Oakland

Tennessee

at New England

Indianapolis

Cleveland

I think Carr has improve significantly this season, hopefully this weak schedule helps...

Mark Brunell completed 22 straight passes in Houston earlier this year.

Mark Brunell is now benched.

David Carr completed 22 straight passes in Houston today.

If you can get a combo of Carr for the next 3 weeks (at NY Jets; at Oakland; Tennessee) and Alex Smith for the last 3 weeks (GB; at Sea; Ari) thats not a bad filler for McNabb. Its not McNabb, but its not going to kill you down the stretch.

What do you all think?

good only for the next 3 weeks
