Have to keep him on your bench for now. Trade value will be little at this point and do you think you'd really feel all that good about yourself if some other team picks him up and he goes nuts the last 5 weeks of the season?

if you are at the point where you have a shallow bench and have to consider dropping DJ, i would shop him first... someone is going to dream of DJ production weeks 10-15 and might be willing to pony up a usefull player for that...

Without knowing your team, it's hard to say.  If you have a good team around him, then hold onto him and hope he can help you at the end of the year.  If the rest of your team isn't so good, then I would shop him as well.  He won't be any good to you if you are 0-9 when he comes back, but if you can improve your team at all to someone who does want to stash him, you've got to do it.
