Didn't see this posted anywhere. Just wanted to gvie you guys a heads up as Im a DBowe owner in both of my dynasty leagues...

(KFFL) Adam Teicher, of The Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe (leg) was limited during practice Thursday, Sept. 24. His status for Week 3 is uncertain.
(Rotoworld) Dwayne Bowe was limited in Thursday's practice due to a hamstring injury. Analysis: Bowe was "gingerly" working on an exercise bike with a towel over his head on the corner of the practice field. Reporters speculated that Bowe was ill since he wasn't on the practice report Wednesday, but the official report termed it a hamstring injury. Check back on Friday to make sure he's practicing.

Ugh. Not that he was doing much, but his numbers were better than nothing. Not good news for already underwhelmed DBowe owners .......

Not too worried about it.

Rotoworld-

(RotoWire) Coach Todd Haley spoke briefly about Bowe's leg injury after practice, the Chiefs' official site reports. "He's got a little something with his leg that came up, but he worked partially today and I'm hopeful that will clear up," Haley said. Bowe is officially listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to a hamstring injury. Analysis: Haley didn't sound overly concerned and you shouldn't be either, but we'll keep a close eye on Bowe's status over the next few days. The Chiefs play an early game on Sunday, so if this turns out to be more serious than expected, at least you'll have time to swap Bowe out for a healthier replacement.

:coffee: According to the pre-season SOSs, he played the #11 hardest WR defense week 1 and the #1 hardest WR defense week 2 and in my PPR league where he isn't racking up the receptions he is still ranked 14th. How is that not doing much? Only Colston has more TDs than him out the WRs. The only WRs that are above him that would have been drafted remotely close to him are Randy Moss, Fitzgerald, Colston, Wayne, Holmes, Andre Johnson, Vincent Jackson and Ocho Cinco. I would bet that 5 of those 8 were drafted ahead of Bowe in 90% of FF leagues and the other 3 right after him.Again, he isn't the #1 WR, but I wouldn't say he is not doing much. Guess what, he keeps up his "not much" pace of 15.3 ppg and he would end up with 245 points. In 2008, that is the #11 WR and only 8 points away from #8. In 2007, he is still #12. If he elevates his "not much" for just 1 or 2 breakout games this year then he is pretty much a lock for top 10 this year.

As long as Bowe is healthy, he'll be in my line up. The Chiefs will more than likely be playing from behind and Bowe is the undisputed best receiver on the Chiefs team. Bowe's consistency is absolutely uncanny.

yep. Bowe might not have the huge games, but he is about as consistent as they come. happily plug him in and get the 10-12 pts a week (ppr)

well considering who they played and the circumstances around each game (QB situation), i'm just fine with bowe so far. you expect a lot, taskmaster.

The TD's have certainly been there, needs to uptick the receptions, though. Believe he was top 3 in targets last year (with Gonzo there), so I'm sure his catch tally will eventually come around. His first 2 weeks, for my WR #2, have been sufficient.

I hope he plays. If he does he is in my lineup. The Chiefs should be playing from behind (that may be an every week statement) plus after watching Asante Samuel play the past couple of seasons ... if Bowe can catch get the ball Samuel won't be tackling him anytime soon. I'm thinking 7/85/1.

ESPN - Adam Schefter of ESPN believes that the Chiefs would gladly listen to offers for receiver Dwayne Bowe.

In a chat with readers, Schefter wrote: "... If a team out there made a good offer for Bowe, he would be gone tomorrow. Like I said, outside of [Matt] Cassel and [Tyson] Jackson, there's no Chief who can't be had for the right price. New regimes like their own players; this is not something new to Haley and Scott Pioli. This is a universal truth."
