With the Rice signing with St.Louis will it effect Halls value in IDP leagues?

Probably. I'd guess that Rice will be a situational pass rusher, unless he fully healthy and more willing in run support than he's been in the past. Hall could move inside on passing downs next to Carriker and hold most of his value though.

I am one who wonders if Rice may just play on passing downs.

i agree that hall is still expected starter, with rice as situational player on passing downs...
if they are in time share, both their stats could go down... rice if he isn't a starter anymore, & hall if he doesn't get as many sacks, if he in facts slides inside or leaves the field on obvious passing situations...
needless to say, hall & rice (if healthy) would be a significant upgrade at DE spot opposite little, relative to past few years (would have to be best since wistrom went to seattle... & he retired in the off-season)...

L Little was a top 10 DE last year... does this make him a TOP 5?

I have him 10th, and this signing isn't important enough for me to put him ahead of any of the 9 players above him. He will turn 33 during the year, and that could be a factor. That is close to the age where DL tend to slow down. I think 10th is safe, 5th is too optimistic for me.
