Dealing with the Portis injury in Keeper Leagues (1 Viewer)

Have a draft coming up soon in a league that will convert to a Keep 1 for next year -- I had been eyeing Portis but now want to see where his ranking may change in Keeper Leagues. Wasn't he ranked around 1.4/1.5 or so in Keeper Leagues prior to his injury?

Depends on when your draft is.Today I think i take SJAX, Jordan, Brown, Caddy, Wesbrook, Barber ahead of him not wanting a dinged up RB.

So if you are sitting at 1.08 or 1.09 tomorrow and he is on the board that might be a tough decision. If your draft is at the end of the week when we all know more, he may still be 1.4 1.5

I's still take him 4th. You can only go by the info available and the latest I heard was he was sore but the doc said he had no structural damage and he was clear to start rehab when the soreness subsides. Could have been a lot worse. You could take it as a blessing in disguise. Atleast you don't have to worry about him getting hurt in preseason any more as he won't be playing until week one.

I take him STILL WITHOUT A DOUBT @ #4. I have a draft in 1 more week and have the #10 and pray people get cold feet on him.

Why would what appears to be a short term injury materially affect his ranking in a long-term league?
