This is awesome. You guys are gonna get sued by Em for suggesting he's only worthy of those crap schools, and then sued by those schools for suggesting their admisstion standards are so low.I was thinking DeVry or ITT Tech.He seems more like a University of Phoenix type.Go to FAU or FGCU. Those schools are more your speed.
not before poptart weighs inI smell a hard delete coming soon.
You know who's stupid? You're stupid. Stupid. You're stupid and my monitors are large.Nobody is going to come in here and tell me I'm stupid from behind their little computer screen.Kitten has claws.Dude, don't talk to me. You're talking stupid and you're going to get hit.I talked to someone at my College yesterday.you can't be serious right? You know that college degrees require a specific set of classes within the curriculum? Nobody is this stupid right? It should be 1.5 - 2 years in. It depends on how the school accepts it. I'm transferring the degree, not the specific classes.2 years plus 4 more or did the 2 reduce the amount of classes you'll need for undergrad?
Time and place, i will send you a plane ticket and even buy you a beer after.....Did your college tell you that there are a set of pre requisites that apply to every degree such as basic writing, math, liberal arts, etc? This has nothing to do with your perceived degree. Now an actual degree will have required classes that focus on the "major". If you have not figured this out yet stop wasting your money. No accredited university transfers an "associate degree". Maybe try UOP?Dude, don't talk to me. I graduated a long time ago. Ok, in California the junior college system is very closely tied to the two University system the state offers. If you get an associates from a JC there, while the degree itself may not transfer, pretty much all the classes will, with some exceptions like vocational classes. There's nothing wrong with going to a JC before a four year university. It can be very cost effective. None of this applies to Em of course, since he's not really in college.Time and place, i will send you a plane ticket and even buy you a beer after.....Did your college tell you that there are a set of pre requisites that apply to every degree such as basic writing, math, liberal arts, etc? Don't worry...scholarships will cover it.FGCU - you mentioned the dorms. If you plan on living there the cost goes up to about 38K.
Don't get hit dude.Amazing that your college (that you are paying now) would tell you to take more classes there before transferring. "oh yeah, sure...these will transfer".
What do they have to lose? They know you are leaving eventually...they will say whatever they can to get your tuition for as long as possible.
I passed an AP test in high school but was told during admissions that it wasn't accepted, only to find out halfway through my first semester that it actually was and I got 3 units credit. Of course, by this time I was halfway through the course that it gave me credit for and ended up finishing it to get an actual letter grade.I once took a Chem lab that I was told would transfer in only to find out it wouldn't.
That sucked.
Sig worthy.Don't get hit dude.Amazing that your college (that you are paying now) would tell you to take more classes there before transferring. "oh yeah, sure...these will transfer".

yeah I need to spit the bait quickly$38,000?!?!FGCU - you mentioned the dorms. If you plan on living there the cost goes up to about 38K.
Yea but then you won't have a degree from the 176th best public university in the United States.$38,000?!?!I could buy a car, a speedboat, and and place a down payment on a house for that price.FGCU - you mentioned the dorms. If you plan on living there the cost goes up to about 38K.
Most posters get a Timeout or Ban for threatening physical violence. We should all act more like Eminence, lawsuits, suicide threats and ### kicking for everyone who disagrees!!!Dude, don't talk to me. Actually, solid advice for Em from SID.I'd say USF or FAU.
Don't go to ILL if you can be in FLA and if you're parents are moving there, and if you live with them you can probably get in-state tuition after a short while, sounds golden. Also it sounds like you could use a change of scenery. Good luck.
I got the new scoop. Apparently my degree isn't an "Associates in Accounting". It's an Associates in Business with a concentration in Accounting.I get the dude unbanned and he never comes around anymore. WTF?![]()
This fall. I'm putting myself on the same timeframe of the little kiddies coming out of High School. I'm certain I'll be able to shoehorn myself somewhere in time.Priority deadlines for financial aid are normally over the next 6-8 weeks. Are you trying to attend university this fall or next?

It's accredited. It actually doesn't have a terrible reputation in Michigan. Their known as a career skills school. People from Michigan know what Baker is when I mention it. It's been around since 1918.3.0 and you are asking for a merit based scholarshipSent this e-mail to all the school's listed in this post:
