Defense by Committee? (1 Viewer)

The Commish

I have been ahead of the curve in my one league for some time taking only one defense, well, times.....they are a changin' This year there was only one team that took more than one defense in our league leaving a group of very good defenses on the board. Do any of you guys support playing the matchups week to week vs sticking with one defense? For example, the Chargers AND Bengels are on our wire right now, both against AT BEST average offenses. I think it's a no brainer, but there might be something I am missing??

There's an article on this every year, at least some of which have statistics on how well it works.

Based on my league drafting Defenses early, I am trying DTBC this year. With Miami and New England I expect to have a pretty good defensive year.

New England v. Buffalo

Miami vs. Buffalo or New England v. Jets

Miami v. Tennessee

Miami v. Houston

New England v. Miami

Etc.

Chase Stuart put out a pretty good argument for "Defensive Team By Committee on 8/4 if you want to look it up.
