I am not familiar with these defenses. STL floors me with the scoring consistancy. and Sea benefitted from KO returns. Is STL for real? or just scheduling benefit? any homers wanna chime in on their thoughts.
My take on Seattle is they are a defense I would start at home with the 12th man behind them but I would want no part of when they are playing on the road.

Yep. Seattle hasn't shown any ability to get to the QB without the crowd behind them. To note, Brandon Mebane, Marcus Trufant, and Aaron Curry all had injuries, and their status for next week is somewhat up in the air. Pete Carrol didn't rule them out for next week, but didn't address the severity of any of the injuries.
