I was wondering if there is an updated list of what defense formations each team has. I saw the thread above, but that is from January and I know a couple teams have changed (Houston). Is there a link or a post that has that listing on it?

I also have Ryans as a 3-4 linebacker....is that correct? I have a big draft tomorrow and I'm cramming tonight...thanks

I started the thread in January but it's been continually updated. Houston changed to a 4-3 in 2006 and will remain so this year. What other teams do you have questions about?
