No.  I would not make that deal.  Mahomes is the best dynasty QB out there by a wide margin (Lamar has too much injury risk).   Burrow and Tua are all potential but could be crap.  You are also giving up a top 15 upside dynasty WR in AJ Brown and Cooper is no slouch.  This is a terrible move IMO.
