Depends on salary and contract length. For the dynasty league I am in AP has a huge salary and another year left on his contract. The owner is trying to move him now to avoid the salary hit next year for David Johnsons handcuff. 

Alex Collins and the Ravens RB core is a mess. Allen, West, Collins, and Dixon returning next season. I would prefer a different RB to Collins if you can find someone else. 

The time to sell AP high is in the next few weeks. If David Johnson makes a return APs value will plummet and you will be hard pressed to sell him (except to the DJ owner as a handcuff)
