I don't get it. Patterson is also starting slow and isnt proven.

Terrible trade. Just terrible.

I think in Dynasty at least, some DT owners are concerned with whats going to happen to DT's stats when Manning retires. Add that to a slow start and there you go.

current running backs are gio, ellington, R. Bush, J. Bell, and Ingrim.

Decided to trade gio for D.T. straight up, because I could use the help at receiver, hoping him and Calvin Johnson are there at the end of the year when it matter for me, and obv hoping I can ride Asiata and Ingrim when he returns,

not sure how i fell about it but my receivers were hurting aside from Calvin, , Hopkins and Mike Wallace, and Hopkins I am still not sold on.

Trade was offered to me and I accepted

I'm familiar with the argument, though I've never agreed with it. DT produced with Tebow, he produced coming off an Achilles, he has produced with Manning, and he'll produce with Osweiler or whoever comes next. He's one of the biggest athletic freaks in the league at WR, right up there and maybe past Julio and behind Calvin in his prime. He's not a technician who needs Peyton's accuracy to produce. He can score on a bubble screen, a slant, or a streak. I think he's one of the more versatile and situation-proof WR's in the NFL honestly.

I don't like where he was pointing to on his foot in the sideline clip a couple games ago when he was being attended to by trainers. He was pointing to the main joint of his big toe - the dreaded turf toe area. It hasn't been reported as such but that clip and his obvious loss of explosiveness are extremely concerning for near term production, especially if he comes out looking hurt again out of the bye.

Wondering how the sell lows are feeling right about now. Patience is a virtue, even in redraft. But thats not why Im here. Feeling like DT can really make a push for top receiver this year. Thoughts?

I'm a believer that DT will finish as the No. 1 WR.

I'm sure glad I turned down that Gates-for-DT trade offer a few weeks ago, lol.

That was painful to watch last night. He seemed like he was just going through the motions, like he didn't care at all.
Why he never came back to the ball I don't understand, that was my take as well, like he just didn't care. Maybe he knew his role was reduced in the game plan.

I hope him and Osweiler work out the kinks this week. I need more than 1 catch from my #1 pick.

I doubt you really believe that.
He made little to no effort to go get the ball at least four times that I saw. One was almost intercepted because of it. He was rounding off his routes instead of making crisp cuts. He outright dropped two or three balls that were right in his hands.

So, yeah, I'll stick with what I said.

It's like he was scared he'd pull a hammy or tear an acl if he cut in the snow. He's played in it before though.

12 targets. 1 catch. I'd say weather but damn. That was painful.
Weather didn't stop Sanders from posting a nice stat line.

For some reason, Osweiler and Thomas are not on the same page.
Of course not. Osweiler probably believes when the ball is right there, you are supposed to catch it. Would be a different thing if he was cutting left and Osweiler thought he was going right. This isn't a same page issue. This is a performance issue.

Should be fine.

He did not look like an NFL Receiver last night. His hands and his reactions were horrifying!

He was a bit slow last night. If the targets drop then I'll worry. Overall its been a down year for him. Hopefully he bounces back next year.

I saw the same thing. He looked like he was playing not to get hurt or maybe he was hurt. Something was off. The coverage was good but not that good.
