My draft is tomorrow and I play in a 12-man 1PPR league that counts return yards. In that format Royal would be very valuable if he's utilized on special teams, especially on kick returns.

A few days ago I read McDaniels stated Royal "is definitely going to be a factor in the return game whether it be kickoffs or punts." Now I'm reading special teams coach Mike Priefer stating he won't be used as much.

Homers please chime in on whether you think Royal will still be utilized on special teams.

I doubt Royal will get too much action, especially with Marshall pouting. Royal's never really been the kickoff guy, and his punt return duties were taken away late last year as he became a more valuable member of the offense. New coach = new rules, but I can't see them giving a full return workload to essentially their only receiver.

Thanks for the reply. Marshall "should" be playing week one however and that could change up things a litttle. But I think your right, if Marshall isn't playing come week one, then I doubt Royal returns anything.

Marshall doesn't even know the playbook. How much playing do you think he'll wind up doing, even if the team does rescind the suspension?
