Derrick Henry - who to bench? (1 Viewer)

full point PPR league ... I have Kareem Hunt / Ty Montgomery / Marshawn Lynch in my current starting lineup.  If DeMarco Murray sits, even against Seattle, I figure I have to start Derrick Henry.  Who sits?  Lynch?  I can start three of them.

Agree I would start Henry if Murray is out.  Easy one....sit Lynch.

I'd sit Henry regardless of Murray's status. Maybe he blows up, but maybe he doesn't. I can't see him over Lynch based on the matchup, and the other 2 guys should never be sat.

I agree with travdogg.  The reason you feel you need to start Henry is because he is finally getting a shot but he hasn't really done it.  Marshawn has looked good thus far and is the safer play.  If Henry takes the lion's share of the work for the Titans you will be able to use him later.  No need to force a start just because he is starting.  Wait to see him for a week.  Lynch is a fine start.

I am almost making the same decision. Need to start 2: CJA, Lynch or Henry. I am leaning CJA and Henry today after the news that Henry should get "significant load".

Currently, Seattle's D has the lowest ranked D against the run out of the 3 RBs opponents. Skins (Lynch) are 9th,  Buffalo (CJA) is 5th & Seattle (Henry) is 22nd.

Since Lynch is still being worked into the offense slowly and sharing more of the work, I figure CJA and Henry would be the safest bets. But, I could be completely wrong and Lynch could go off on Wash.
