He's not injured. He's sick, but the guy hasn't missed a game since 2002, I think?

If it's the flu, I can see him having some limited playing time because of dehydration, or nausea.

Derrick Mason has been battling the flu, but is expected to play today at New England, according to Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network.

Mason is a older vet, older players do not like to practice during the season. Mason will play.

From CBS: Mason starting against Patriots Week 4: Baltimore WR Derrick Mason is healthy and active for Week 4 at New England. He was dealing with an illness during the practice week but will be fine to play against the Patriots.
