Thomas by a wide margin.  Younger and plays in a better passing offense.  Dez is older and plays in a run first offense, so his upside is capped.

If there are no penalties for keeping a guy and you can keep him for an unlimited amount of time the easy choice is Thomas.  If there are penalties/time restraints it may bring the decision closer.

Thomas is better than Dez right now in my opinion, that margin will likely only get bigger, as Dez's body breaks down.
