I had the same thing happen to me last week with CBS during our draft. The website completely went down for an hour and a half. Emailed CBS and they refunded $80.00 and gave me 50% off of a league commissioner for next year. Not bad for 2 minutes worth of work to let them know I was not happy. Maybe you should do the same.
