The same thing was said after Henry was suspended 4 games after the Bills traded him to the Titans, but if memory serves Tenn admitted to knowing about his situation and made the trade anyways

Ummmm.....he was suspended for 4 games in 2005 for the same thing. Pretty sure Tennessee knew since he was on their roster at the time.

I'm sure the $8M roster bonus he was due had nothing to do with it. Don't remember anyone being all that surprised they cut him.
