Direct Tv for Mobile ONLY - Still Available? (1 Viewer)

The last couple of years I have signed up for Direct TV Sunday Ticket for my mobile phone, as I can't get it for my home. Does anyone know if this is still available, or must you now buy Direct TV for your phone in general? Thanks.

I found it - they don't make it easy. Not sure if this is the same as with Madden - I thought that was a trial period. This is $300 bucks for the full season, no commitment, you just have to verify that you can not get Direct TV service.

If this is the same as buying madden, that would save folks some money, but I thought that was not the 100% full package and/or not a trial subscription - plus if you need to log in through madden, not all of us (me included) own a game system (well, not one covered in moth balls).

Here's the link if you want to purchase:

The Madden Anniversary edition is called a "trial" but what you really get is a code to log in on your mobile device. No need to call DirecTV at all. This was verified by Amazon.com previously and I can confirm that inside the Madden case is the login information. It's a "trial" of the full 2013 season with no restrictions other than the game must be out of market (same as the regular service).

Good to know. Do you need to log onto madden to access? Sounds like you'd save a couple hundred bucks this way.

Even at the $300, it's well worth the price (have had it a couple years), but if you can save 200, go for it. I am a "much better husband" since I can go with the wife for shopping or chores will still watching the games.

The Madden edition version does not require any login other than through the directv site or app. Its just a piece of paper that has a login for you to use. Its my first time using it and it looks promising. Supposed to be for all 17 weeks.. and you can sell the game back to Best buy (or ebay) for $46+ so it really costs only like $55 for the whole season. Plus it might include Red Zone channel, but I'm not sure about that yet.
