Direct TV - New Customer - Who wants my refer a friend credit (1 Viewer)

Just had direct tv installed. I have 3 days to call them back with somebodys info and say they referred me. If I'm not mistaken, this results in both you and I receiving $10 off of our bill for 10 months. I don't actually know anybody who currently uses direct tv, so it's up for grabs. FIrst come first serve.

I'm on hold with them now to ask. They mentioned to me I should do it earlier when I chatted with someone, but I forgot to ask exactly what I need on your end for them to credit both of us. I can message you in a second once I get a hold of somebody.

They send cards in the mail in a silver envelope to refer friends just about monthly to subscribers to give to referrals, which have a code on them. Call CS and ask for the code, and you guys should be set.

I don't think I've ever seen that in the mail but we go paperless with them. I guess we lose out on promos that way.

I was paperless with them for billing when I had them, and was just about sick of getting the silver referral envelopes in the mail (cancelled a few weeks ago with a move). Maybe there weren't many subs in my area, don't really know, but I got the referral letters constantly.
