Everyone expected the Ravens to win the battle of field position and that's what's happening. The key for the Ravens is to keep doing that. Pin the Steelers' offense up against their own goalline, and force mistakes. So let's take a quick look at this game. Baltimore had under 100 yards of offense - but they did have a short field twice. Two long PIs set up touchdowns, followed by a direct TD on a weird turnover and another short TD after a fumble.Neither offense is really moving the ball consistently, but the Steelers have to be encouraged by their last drive even if the kicker blew the FG.Pittsburgh needs to come out and score on the opening drive then dial up big pressure on Flacco.Baltimore needs to play solid defense, run the ball even if they aren't picking up first downs (to run clock) and get three points to make it a 3-score game. This is going to be a very interesting second half.

Woah, let's not be so hard on the drunks....Dierdorf may be senile, but at least he's not a drunk.
Agreed.I would add that the Steeler's need to start putting pressure on Flacco. I think the Raven's oline's impressive performance is one of the key factors right now. If they protect Flacco in the 2nd half like they have in the 1st, it's over, imo.Raven's play calling on offense has been excellent as well.So let's take a quick look at this game. Ravens have had the lead in the 4th quarter of all 17 games they've played so far. But they blew 4 of them by getting too conservative on offense, just going three and out and counting on the D to hold on.STAY AGGRESSIVE ON OFFENSE!!

Don't sweat it. Dwight Stone is going to come up big in the second half IMO.I have a few beers in me. Forgive me."Again, Heinz field gets into the head of field goal kickers!"

OOFBig stop there by Baltimore. Now they have to walk the fine line on offense between conservative and too aggressive. A turnover here puts the Steelers back in it, while 1-3 first downs and 5-6 minutes off the clock is a positive result.
Sounds like they heard you.I still think the Steelers can come back. Steelers D should step up on the next few series.
Update? You can't take that sack, Joe. Dump it to Ray Rice like you alway do.

LeBeau killing Cameron now. Ravens need to go to the run or find something that works. Steelers rushing 4, getting pressure, and covering all targetsSteelers D made a nice adjustment to the Ravens O - rushing 4. Not getting great pressure but covering the receivers and screens.Time for Cam (who has been maligned as OC this year) to adjust and either start running or doing something else that works
