Do you force people to look at your photographs? (1 Viewer)

Its a very unpleasant experience when someone backs you in to a corner by asking you to look at their photo albums. Now you are forced to pretend to be interested and have to come up with fake compliments.

Who wants to see someone else enjoying a vacation? This is just tacky.

Even worse is when people want you to look at pics of their children, particularly if they are trying to show a man. Men dont care about pictures of children. It also forces us to pretend your child is cute even if they look like the aliens from Mac and me.

Who does this stuff to other people?

Personally i dont ever revall taking a single photograph in my life unless it had nudity or was a pic for a dating profile......sometimes satisfying both criteria in one picture.

Who does this to other people?

Any thoughts?

Sorry you stink so bad at taking photos that you don't want others to see them. :pokey:

And no, I don't "force" others to view my photos.. I share them on flickr and other social sites. If others choose not to view them

I have an 'album' of shots that I have set up as the screen saver for my AppleTV. It's several hundred pics in size and goes on the TV screen whenever I am playing audio thru the AppleTV. It's mesmerizing for my wife and I and for the grandparents and relatives that come over. I can easily play with the content of the album, adding and removing shots as necessary.

That and FB are the main source of my sharing photos.

The only thing worse is when someone asks if you do something they clearly don't like, because they're really just looking for a fight with someone who disagrees, and goes into a long winded description of why they hate the behavior they disingenuously asked about.

I never have put up my own photo on facebook, though some female relatives have done so on my wall.

if there is a hot or semi-hot female in the pictures possibly in a bikini, I might look.

Otherwise... unless I'm in the picture, or someone is having sex, i'm not interested.
