This article is pretty mind-blowing as you scroll down through the pictures. I know the technology has existed and has been getting better, but wow, I haven't really thought about the impact now that the pictures look so real. 

It's going to be tougher and tougher to understand what's real when looking at pictures and video. Photoshop effects are one thing, this type of AI brings things to a whole different level.

You don’t think that’s easily correctable? Instagram has had several fake influences for awhile. They mostly look like real people and run accounts that look like real people but it’s all CGI. This with along with deepfakes means the future is a scary place.
