Does a trading block player get showcased? (1 Viewer)

Wondering since Florio posted Choice "could be available" before trade deadline. IF backup players are truly available for trade, do you think they get extra work to showcase, or do they get even less to avoid injury as teams already have tape, one game shouldn't sway anyone. Opinions?

Go bac and look at Lynch before he got traded last year right before the deadline. Did he get showcased or was he held out of the game basically to prevent injury ?

Usually they want to have them avoid injury, but also want to showcase them on high production plays. For a RB give him a carry on 3rd and 17 where he should be able to add about 10 yards to the stats. For a WR give him a deep ball on a 3rd and inches where the D may be playing soft.

Choice just made a mockery of our discussion!
