hi se,
if the league you want the scoring from is from mfl, select a packaged scoring system under commish set up and there is an area where you put the year and league number and it will use that scoring.
as far as rules go i think you would have to implement that yourself with the commish options avalable to you, unless of course you were just carrying your league over from the previous year and you would do that at a click of a button.
