Which of Sjax or Rudi is more vulnerable to competition (decreased touches) if their respective back up has a big game in their absence?

That said, injuries do funny things to playing time.

Leonard could pull a MJD type of deal this year. Not likely - but not impossible.

But as far as a "run for their money", no, not really.

In '08 Leonard has a serious chance to be utilized along with Jackson.

But he wont take the main job as long as Jackson is healthy and on the team.

Both S-Jax and Rudi will be the starters, but I think Watson has MUCH more of an opportunity. Rudi looked bad last week, and Watson looked like a decent back.

S-Jax is as studly as they come. If, somehow, Leonard has a good game this week, it will not be because of him performing better than S-Jax, it will be because STL's offensive line gets their heads of their arses.
