I'm interested to see if anyone does this...if so, how were the rules received. I'm looking to shake up my local league as the hurricane but our keeper league into dismay. Toying with the idea of WCOFF rules.
I don't completely understand your question, but...
I play in one league that uses WCOFF scoring. Aside from the scoring I'm not too familiar with the rest of the WCOFF rules. Among other things the league I play in is a dynasty contract league so I expect that in many ways things are different.
However, everyone seems to like the WCOFF scoring. With the extra PPR it makes WR's more important and some of the mid-tier RB's more important as well. I think the WCOFF scoring has actually evolved since we started the league so our scoring may be a little different from the current format.
By the way, this league was started with WCOFF scoring, so I can't really comment on how people would like the idea of "switching" the scoring/rules.
Not only do I play in the WCOFF every year, we have adopted the rules as well into a few of our local leagues. It is a very fun scoring system. I still play various other scoring formats, but WCOFF style is my favorite.

We also need to do this for the :11: league. I assume you are referring to scoring rules and not HTH vs. points rules? I think depending on league size you may want the 3 division winners and then the next best total points to give you that similar feel and then have HTH playoff games after that. Really the biggest change would be the flex position in addition to the 1 QB / 2 RB / 3 WR / 1 TE.That one small nuance is a huge advantage to whoever understands its implications regarding depth at certain positions.
Suggesting to league mates we go WCOFF scoring this year (although I will not call it that). Will simplify prep going into the draft, as the scoring system we currently use is much different.
