Does Reggie Wayne post better overall stats than Harrison this year? (1 Viewer)

Reggie Wayne has posted better receiving yards, and has more TD's than his counterpart. He's not that far behind on receptions and targets. Let's open up the debate. Is Reggie Wayne now the #1 WR in Indy?

When Bailey guards Harrison and Williams guards Wayne, Wayne will continue to post the better stats.

They're both stud players, Manning will continue to find whoever is open.

There is something different about him this year. I know he struggled last year to get in the end zone, but he's having a year like 2004, when he blew up for 1200 yards and 12 TD's. It's almost like he's more focused this year on running routes, catching balls, and making big plays. Manning has always loved Wayne and has made that known to everyone. It was just a matter of Wayne pulling it together. This year he may have whatever it was he was missing and I see him having a strong second half. This is not a knock on Harrison, but I do think Wayne may outproduce him this year.

i projected this year to be like the first year that holt became 1A and bruce became 1B in st louis. i think both will have very similar #s this year (with wayne slightly better) with next year wayne really starting to distance himself from harrison (although harrison should still put up some very respectable #s for a few years).

:goodposting: Bailey is the top corner in the league. He has been doing this to every one and with a 1B on the other side why would Manning keep challengin there. As a Harrison owner I am not worried.

This is exactly why I think Wayne will outproduce Harrison. Harrison will draw the teams best DB each week, while Wayne will be able to run wild. IMO, Harrison will struggle to get his usual double TD figures this year.

He always has.One week does not make a season. Darrent Williams had a terrible week and couln't cover me, let alone Reggie Wayne, on Sunday. The Harrison owners have nothing to worry about.
