Gary Matthews, one of the guys on the Phillies announcing team, does this ALL the friggin' time. It annoys me to no end.
IT'S YOUR JOB TO KNOW BASEBALL AND THE PLAYER'S NAMES!
And I don't want to hear the excuse that it's someone from the other team. Do your homework on their names before the game so you don't sound like an ##### when you have to correct yourself during the broadcast.
