I was just curious to hear whether or not the Titans would use Finnegan on the opponents best receiving threat regardless of position or whether he plays one side of the field. Does he follow the #1 WR or might he be given the task of covering Vernon Davis?
I ask because as bad as TEN's pass defense has been and their last place ranking in FF pts to WRs, that was without Finnegan. He was back last week and the Titans only gave up 13.35 WR points. They had been giving up 42 per game. The debate is whose numbers take the hit, Crabtree or Davis? Obviously Finnegan helped shut down MSW last week but the Jags don't have much at TE. Would the Tennessee gameplan be to take out Davis with Finnegan. Hasn't he covered TE's before?
