Dolphins 1-15 rides on this week. (1 Viewer)

I don't think the Dolphins will win a game, but maybe that's becuase I'm rooting for the Dolphins to go 0-16 and my hopes are getting in the way.

No, most college teams could beat them at this point... just awful
Not likely. Vegas right now would favor USC over any college team on a neutral field and I'm confident that Miami would beat them handily. The talent differential is just too great.-=kwantam

USC probably has, what, 20 players who will make an NFL roster? Miami has 53 guys who have made an NFL roster, at least 35 of which would make the rosters on most teams.

An 0-16 Miami team would demolish the NCAA National Champion so badly, they'd have to stop the game at halftime so the young men wouldn't get hurt. This isn't the 50s-- no college team can compete with an NFL team. An NFL team is essentially an All Star college team seasoned for several years in a faster game. By default, 100 percent of the players have made an NFL roster. It wouldn't even be close.

now who really thinks the dolphins have 53 "nfl quality" players? if some question USC being able to hang with the fins, i say this the hurricane national title team from few years past WOULD beat the fins. i think that cane team had like 70players make the nfl and like 20pro bowlers.

None of those players were as good as they became in the NFL. At the time, they weren't as skilled and weren't used to the speed of the NFL game. Rookies rarely come into the NFL and make a huge impact in their first game, so it's unrealistic to think an entire team of them could perform well all at the same time.
