Not a done deal but it looks like Buffalo is going to move on if Fred wants to keep missing OTAs. What would happen to Jackson if and when Buffalo signs someone. Would Rhodes have any impact in Buffalo? Is Lynch going to walk back in week 4 and take the field as the starter immediately?

Its mind-boggling to me that someone who would work as long and hard to get an opportunity and have one staring at them would not do everything to capitailize on it.

I think Jackson already proved what he can do. He is 28 years old and hasn't made a lot of money yet. He wants a decent contract.

The Bills tendered Jackson a one year $840,000 contract.

If I were Jackson I'd be pissed too.

Make this motivation for next years contract.

Interesting... who's second in Indy now? Mike Hart?
Joseph Addai, after they draft a RB on day one.
ill bet ya they dont
I might take you up on that BSS. Definitely would if day one still had three rounds.
I'll bet ya the Colts don't draft a RB in the first 3 rounds! Positional needs grater than RB for the Colts:DL, DB, Safety, WR, OLThe Colts will roll with Addai and Hart and get a 4th or 5th round RB to groom IMO.

Everyone thought last year they were going to replace Addai, they didn't. They even let Rhodes walk away despite some idiots on the board thinking Rhodes was better. Polian and the Colts have a lot of confidence in Addai. Hart is the backup, Addai is the starter. They might grab a RB/KR/PR in the later rounds, but not to compete as a starter, just for depth.

What if Knowshown falls to #27 somehow? I don't think they'd pass that up.
