The kid has really grown on me as of late, and despite his raw route-running, has emerged as a the top target for Bulger. Where does he stand in terms of dynasty value amongst other WRs?

I am having trouble slotting him as I'd still rather Royal by quite a bit, and DeSean by a hair.
