Draft coverage? (1 Viewer)

Do any of you know of a text message type service that can be signed up for NFL Draft coverage? Like picks as they happen, or trades, etc.?

I'm, unfortunately, going to be away from the computer and TV on Saturday and needing to stay in touch.

Thanks in advance.

And I apologize if I'm in the wrong forum for this question.

Check Sprint, I read they have free texts for draft, I saw it earlier today.

Top NFL prospects former Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn and former Oklahoma running back Adrian Peterson have been chosen to be Sprint (NYSE: S) spokesmen to promote the company's exclusive wireless NFL Draft content and NFL Network's live broadcast coverage of the Draft April 28-29.

For the second-consecutive year, fans can watch NFL Network's live coverage of the Draft via NFL Mobile from Sprint. NFL Mobile is the premier wireless source for Draft news and analysis as well as NFL Network's live broadcast, providing fans access to Draft content and original programming how and when they want it on the Sprint Mobile Broadband Network.

As part of their agreements, both Quinn and Peterson will participate in a promotional tour touting Sprint's exclusive NFL-related products and services specific to the Draft.

"NFL fans no longer have to sit in front of a TV or computer to follow the Draft. Whether you're at the supermarket or the park, Sprint's exclusive service will allow fans to know who their favorite team has drafted almost instantaneously," said Steve Gaffney, director of sports marketing for Sprint. "We have found that today's sports fan wants to be connected to the NFL round the clock, and Sprint's NFL sponsorship and powerful network give us the ability to deliver the latest news and information as it happens. Sprint has become a vital resource for NFL fans who cannot always be in front of the TV or computer."

Sprint continues to add to an already comprehensive package of NFL content via its marquee NFL Mobile application by providing multiple ways for fans to track the 2007 Draft while on the go. In addition to NFL Network’s live coverage of the Draft, Sprint will offer first-of-its kind Draft-specific content and programming designed specifically for wireless. The elements include:

Draft Weekend Content (April 28-29):

Pre-Draft Content (April 2-27):
