Draft Dominator, VBD, etc all support Returners Now (1 Viewer)

OK, this change about did Bruce Henderson and I in, but these apps now support returners.

This is the only major change that will be happening this year. In the offseason, we will be aligning mobile and DD very closely. We feel we have conquered splitting out the positions (and handling all the complexities that come with the multiple flexes), but it's way too hard of a change to incorporate in all the Dominator and VBD products this year. Additionally we also realize that the Draft GM does not have all of the functionality yet of the Draft Dominator. Our goal is to align these the best we can and will publish a list next year showing any differences.

Awesome news, David! What stats does the KR functionality include? Number of returns, yards, and TD's? Also, any chance that these products (and FBG projections) can include sacks taken by QB and targets for RB/WR/TE this coming year? In all of my leagues, this has been the major complaint.

It has yards and TDs, but doesn't have number of returns. I haven't heard of leagues including number of returns before. I suppose there probably are some, but I don't expect it's common, more like including number of rushing attempts.

If you really needed that as a stat, you could get pretty close just dividing a player's yards by league average for returns. We do incorporate a player's previous averages if the sample size is large enough. But we also regress it towards the average pretty heavily to account for how poor of a predictor Adam found previous year's averages to be.

Assuming you downloaded and installed the new version "g".... you set up scoring in the same place as before in Setup -> Scoring tab. Now there is are KR and PR yards and TDs at the bottom of each position. You can view and edit the projections in the Setup -> Projections tab.

They are also available in Projections Dominator. Adam Harstad and I are working together on the projections, but rather than have our own set in there, they are copied to the other projectors so you'll get a full set no matter how you combine the other projections.
