The Draft & Hold League League will consist of 14 teams, with each team compiling 30 NFL players through a 3 RR draft. Teams will compete in a year-long competition for the highest number of points, accumulating points from Week 1 through Week 17 from its highest scoring players from the 10 required positions. The team with the highest point total in the league after Week 17 will be determined the league champion. The top 4 finishers will win a cash prize.  Fees and payouts via League Safe.

2. Draft: The draft will be a "slow", 8 hour draft through the MFL site.  Clock off between midnight and 6am.  The league will use KDS (Kentucky Derby System) for draft preferences and a "3 RR" draft format (3rd round reversal).  Draft is 30 rounds.  Draft date each year to be determined (approx. Aug 1st of each year).

League Prizes: League fees $120 x 14 = $1680 - (MFL Fee) = $1600

  1. First Place =$840
  2. Second Place = $420
  3. Third Place =$220

4. Fourth Place = $120

Given the league name, Draft and Hold, is there a keeper element? If so, how many players and how do keepers work in the league? What is a '3RR' draft? One that becomes snaking at or after the 3rd round?

Very interested but joining depends on those questions.

Not a keeper, not a Dynasty.  Draft & Hold pertains to drafting 30 players and the system accumulates the highest scoring lineup each week for each team.  Total pts for the 17 weeks is calculated at end of year.  No trades, no waivers.  You have 30 players and that is it.  Scoring is PPR with 10 starters, 1qb, 2 rb, 3wr, 1 te, 2 flex, 1 k, 1 d.  Send me your e-mail and I will send you a link to check it out.
