Draft question (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Doing an upcomming draft in which there's some odd rule. First off it's full points for QB TD's. But the rule I don't like is that you have to draft your starters, in this case 2 QB's, 3 RB's, 4WR's, 1K, 1D with your first 11 picks. The draft is a total of 16 rounds. I've argued how it's lame and just take the skill out of the draft, to no avail. It's an old league, and the members hate change. Anyways, what changes do you think these restrictions would have on your draft strategy, if any? Also, how do you feel about it?

I am in a league like that and all it does is make you aware that this years last required running back is next years bargain. If you don't get one of the top 5, then wait until everyone has filled their spot and take the best available late since you have no competition.
