This makes me very happy I didn't reup for the service this year, after debating it. The site's navigation was always problematic and it never improved, which is mainly why I didn't join this year. But to sell to CBS Sportsline and have nary a word to existing customers alerting them of the change or how it will impact their service and subscription terms is a horrendous showing. Very disappointing for what's always been an excellent resource.

I don't think they've sold - just partnered for the combine. But the redirect is automatic and it's not obvious what's happened until you try the URL a 2nd time and the same thing happens.

I tend to agree with that explanation, but still extremely disappointing they wouldn't even notify subscribers and a borderline fraudulent practice that they release all the premium content for anyone to use that they continued to charge others for presumably until the day the switch occurred, with no notice the information would even temporarily be available for free (I renewed at the beginning of the month, so I know as recently as three weeks ago they weren't communicating this). If you go to the old site's "Contact Us" tab, you can get contact info for the owners, in addition to the generic customer service email ([email protected]) that CBS through up there for questions. I've emailed for a better explanation and encourage other subscribers to do so:
Members can still get to the old draft scout Here - It's still being updated with premium content that the CBS site does not have - like a Friday combine journal. The CBS site probably has 10-20% of what's on the premium site. Im not sure what direction they're headed with this, but for now the pay site is still much deeper and just as freshly updated as always. I know the folks over there pretty well, so I'll shoot them a line to see what's happening.
