I'm drafting this year in a league with a QB/RB/WR/TE flex position. This is the first time we've done this, and I'm trying to figure out if it should change my strategy. Scoring for the league is:
Passing - 4 pts/TD, 1 pt/25 yards, -2 pts/INT, -2 pts/FUM
Rushing - 6 pts/TD, 1 pt/10 yards, -2 pts/FUM
Receiving - 6 ptd/TD, 1 pt/10 yards, -2 pts/FUM
There are also performance incentive points, +2 for any player involved in a 50+ yard play.
Should this type of league change my drafting strategy? Should I be looking to grab two quality QBs because QBs will on average outscore a RB/WR with the same ADP (either because QBs score on average more, or they on average have lower ADPs)?
I'm leaning towards picking quality QBs earlier because they might fall as people are used to stocking up on RBs and WRs.
Any input would be helpful.
