What happens if the league doesn't fill? It looks like 4 people are still needed in the next hour.

But if it didn't they'd give you a credit and you can get in another league - or you could probably get your money back if there wasn't a league you could join. But I've never asked that question - whenever it's gotten to 4 it's always filled - sometimes they've delayed the start of the draft by 30 min to fill it.
