This is about where I thought Briscoe would be ranked before I started doing prelimb research for dynasty rookie drafts, but I've noticed lately that he's lucky to be mentioned in the "Others" category on some dynasty draft talk threads. Not really sure why he has such low steam building so far, but if it stays this low, he is one I will look for in every draft later on. I'm sure he has some downside in a lot of key areas, but I don't think Briscoe should be out of the picture like this just yet.

I'm not an expert on college players by any means, but I do keep up fairly well I think. However, there's a name in that list that I have never heard of....

Been the most consistant WR on ASU for the past few years. Not blazingly fast or real big. He's got very strong hands though. A local kid that went to HS here in AZ. He's a good athlete but I was very surprised to see his name on this list. Pretty curious to hear why the writer has him ranked so high.
