In a std PPR, who are you looking at the turn (rnd 2-3 ofcourse)?

Lynch , Bush, Fitz,Andre Johnson, Steven Jackson ?

12 team league?

Lynch won't be there and likely SJax won't either. You may get AJ but it's not likely either. At WR, you're looking at Fitz, VJax, Harvin and at RB, Bush, Murray, Ridley. Option 3 would be to take an elite QB if Rodgers or Brees is available.

But it really depends on the league and how my RBs/WRs you have to start. If you start 3 WRs, I lean towards 2 WRs at the turn, since the RBs won't be that great. A Peterson/Fitz/VJax start is a nice one. But I can accept a Peterson/VJax/Rodgers start as well.

Larry Fitz should be there at the turn. I would take a look at Dem. Thomas of the Broncos being there also or even Welker.

I think he will be there later but I think Bowe has a great season with Reid running the chiefs.

I've done 50+ mocks from the #2 slot in a 12 team league (on Yahoo, standard scoring though), so take this FWIW (and I know the FFC ADP and all that don't exactly line up with what I see on Yahoo, BUT)

At the turn for RB's Jackson is almost always gone, Chris Johnson is sometimes there, Ridley is usually there and Gore is virtually always there. Bush and Wilson are pretty much always there, but in PPR I'm sure Bush goes much more quickly.

For WR the top 5 are always gone, but between Roddy White, Vincent Jackson, D. Thomas, and Andre Johnson usually 3 of the 4 are there. Fitzgerald is generally available.

You'll have it a little easier since you go back-to-back.

Usually the above happens because Rodgers, Brees, and Graham are all taken in round 2.

I have decided that unless Brees or Graham fall it'll be a RB and a WR with those two picks.

I'm also going somewhat with your gameplan Leonidas, if Graham sits there at the turn I'll take him, otherwise, I'll go rb wr I think. In some mocks I've done SJax and Bush have been available but that probably are wishful thinking. :-)

DThomas,AJ and Fitz are nice options to and as statet Bowe will be there and I also think he will have a great season. So wr , I'm not worried about . It's he Rb options that's he problem since I have to be ahead of the curve because I won't pick again in 23 picks. I have to set my rb's before that..

At least that's what I'm thinkin since I've never draftet from the 1 before.

Any insights ?

There is no way Graham is available at the 2-3 turn for those drafting #1. I am drafting 12, and I'm hoping he's there for me, but I realize there's a good chance he's gone even that early.

I'm really surprised at the love Fitz is getting here. I see him as more of a 4th/5th guy personally. I just don't like the Zona offense.

PPR Cobb/Harvin need to get consideration here.

Cobb to me is one of the safest picks this season. I see his floor at 85 balls. 110 ceiling.

Turnés out like this.

1.01 AP

2.12 Rodgers

3.01 Fitz

Sure its the year of qb, but Rodgers in the 2.12, that's Great value to me

I would go Peterson Cobb and DT if he is there if not I would go with Bush or Steven Jackson.

It is early enough in the draft just go best player other than quarterback. You can probably get Cam at the 4/5 turn or get Romo at the 8/9

I know that yesterday is history and all that but this year I'm letting someone else worry about Fitz. I like Harvin as a player but he's not in Minn anymore. In terms of the guys in this conversation, Cobb feels like a safer play to me too.
