Drafting from the 11 spot (1 Viewer)

I didn't see much discussion on drafting from the 11 hole so I figured I would start one.

I'm in a 12 team ppr league that starts 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DST. I plan to take the best rb available at 11 (rudi, bush, henry). I'm more concerned about my pick at #14. I have a feeling the first 13 picks will be:

LT

SJ

Gore

LJ

Addai

FWP

Alexander

Westbrook

Bush

Rudi

Henry

Maroney

S. Smith

I'm really torn about what to do with this pick. I'm not that high on the next group of RB's available (McGahee, R. Brown, MJD) so I've been thinking that I should go best WR available. I have Harrison as the #2 WR on my draft board this year. But it seems a little early to take him.

If I knew there would be some decent WR's available at 3.11 I would go RB in round 2. But last year, 6 teams waited until round 4 to grab their second RB. If something like that happened again, I could be looking at WR17 (Moss, Plaxico, etc) or so as my first WR.

Any insight from other 11 hole drafters on strategy from this position?

I observed a 11-hole drafter a few days ago, and he went RB-WR-WR-WR. At the 5-6 turn, it still seemed like all the value was at receiver, and he wished that he had gone RB-RB. YMMV.

I had the 11th pick last week in a local league draft and did the following in a half point per carry/reception:

Rudi JOhnson

Travis Henry

Javon Walker

Cedric Benson

Donald Driver

Reggie Brown

Vernon Davis

Cutler

Besides the Denver trifecta, i like my team and Benson as my RB/bye week RB is not bad.
