i would love some feedback and in a td heavy league drafting at the 5 in rd1. i am considering sjax or rbrown, less possible that i may go with rudi j or peyton.

any thoughts on sjax or rbrowns upside this year?

am missing something that thomas jones is drafting so low? benson has done NOTHING and has already been turned on by his teammates....jones (while a bit injury prone) is a workhorse and has a good td nose on a conservative running offense. what gives?

Thomas Jones isnt on Tampa.

With the status of Portis and the age of Tiki: I am thinking of actually going ultra safe and drafting Chad Johnson from the #5 slot, possibly Larry Fitzgerald in round two, and then loading up on RB in rounds three-eight with a TE and one more WR.

In 1994 i drafted Rice in the #3 hole and they compare....but Chad has 10 less TDs over a three year scan then Jerry did from '92 to '94.

Any thoughts?

Chad Johnson Yards TD Catches

2003 1355 10 90

2004 1274 9 95

2005 1332 9 97

3961 28 282

Jerry Rice

1992 1201 10 84

1993 1503 15 98

1994 1499 13 112

4203 38 294

If I'm taking a WR, I'm taking Holt over CJ. Holt has consistently put up great numbers, and his best games are far better than Chad. I think Holt has had at least one game over 160 yds receiving every year. And he often has multiple td games....you can't say the same for CJ. Lineham has a history of locking into his #1 WR too. Just my :2cents:
