Drop Desean Jackson or Calvin Ridley? (1 Viewer)

In a 10 team 0.5 PPR League would you drop DeSean Jackson or Calvin Ridley to pick up Marquise Goodwin or Taylor Gabriel?  Or just stay put?

Do you need someone to put in your lineup right now?  Do you need high upside or high floor?  If you need someone right now I have no problem dropping either or both for the immediate need.  I would try and hold Ridley if I could but that depends on your immediate needs since he is on the shelf for a couple weeks.

I would rank those guys this way:

  1. Gabriel - Bears have found out how to use him and he should have a decent floor because of it.  He also has the potential for huge games if he gets loose for long TD's.
  2. Goodwin - Finally healthy he seems to be a favorite of Beathard.  Really only been 1 game but he showed he can put up those kind of numbers last year (when healthy).
  3. Ridley - only third because of his injury.  If he was healthy he would be up there with Gabriel.
  4. D-Jax - I think he works better with Fitzpatrick.  Always runs the risk of no-showing any given week.

Agree with Gally's rankings there including putting Ridley up there with Gabriel if his injury recovery looks good. I am a Falcon fan so i am more tuned in with that team. So far it sounds good for Ridley.....but Dan Quinn is Mr. Optimistic about everything so it can be hard to judge sometimes. I'd probably hold Ridley, drop Desean, and pick up Gabriel or Goodwin. Couldn't argue with either of those two.
