I wouldn't.
It's pretty much even to me (hence the likely reason no one is responding - TBH I looked at this earlier too and didn't respond cause it's so close), so whoever you like better! (But I wouldn't bother using any priority on that, just do an add/drop on Wednesday if you can....)

Diggs looked insane before getting banged up, Id keep Diggs. Never like Moncrief too much.

I agree that you don't drop any of the current guys......I'd put Diggs and Moncrief in a similar boat. I think Luck has a bigger arm than Sammy and Indy seems banged up. All things being equal I lean toward Moncrief a bit.
