You don't drop Kelley, who still has a strong shot at being a starter, or at least a hot-hand starter.

Charles or Sproles is tougher...neither have a shot at reliable weekly value, so both are going to be a fantasy crapshoot if you have to start one.  Assuming both make their teams (not a lock for Charles) I feel like Charles is more likely to be given high-value goal line chances than Sproles, so I'd cut Sproles.  His role has been diminishing, and the team just drafted a potential replacement.

And if Charles doesn't make it out if training camp, you may be able to find Sproles-like value on the waiver wire, in a Vereen or Chris Thompson type...

I'd drop Sproles. Sounds like Philly likes Donnel Pumphrey and he's going to eat into Sproles' role and quickly make him expendable. Same type of player just 10 years younger.

There's no guarantees that Charles isn't done too, but he has more upside and is more worth keeping.

I think it comes down to Charles vs Sproles and in that case I would go with the guy that has the biggest upside regardless of risk.  In this case it is Charles.  Sproles will be ok and do what he does.  Charles may be cut but he could also take the job and run with it.  To me that is worth the risk as your #6 RB.

I'd cut Charles. I think he's done, if he wasn't there would have been a bigger market for him. Sproles is very solid in PPR, and while Pumphrey is likely his replacement, that probably doesn't happen this year.
