Dude I know claims he lost 130 lbs since April (1 Viewer)

I lost 140 lbs in just shy 7 months without exercise so I guess its possible.
you are missing some important facts.

What did your weight start at?
6'6" - 370+ Granted I had a lot to lose, but a short guy closing in on 300 could lose a boat load if he exercised a great deal and cut his calories enough.
370 isnt 270, and 240 sure isnt 140, regardless of height.

Losing half your body weight in 3 months would kill a rather high percentage of people.

People locked in a dungeon at that weight and given nothing but water wouldnt lose that much in 3 months.

Not olympic level but its possible to get up to an intense pace relative to what the average person does.
Highly, highly doubtful. That amount of swimming would put huge stresses on someone's shoulder muscles/joint and it is almost certain that they'd be injured way before that. Couple years ago I ramped up to 12-15,000yds a week (that's only 4-5 hours a week) to do a 5k swim and it was punishing on my shoulders even though I typically swim 200k a year or so (so not someone ramping up from nothing or very little).
5k swim, that is ####### treacherous!!! I swim 4-5x a week... 72 lengths equal a mile. I'm nearing pretty elite shape at this point. I couldn't imagine swimming 5k. It takes me 30-40 minutes to swim the mile depending on my pace and I am gassed at the end.
You're not elite shape, If your numbers are accurate. I was swimming 35 minute miles and I'm a fatass.
2 weeks ago... I said "nearing" elite shape, give me another 2 months
Did you take that pic after murdering the old woman whose bathroom you're in?

Does pink tile take up less space?

It's ugly... But everything else about the space is perfect... When rent is $50 - $60+ a foot, you need to make concessions somewhere.

You're not paying $50 per square foot per month. Is that per year? You pay $60,000 per year to live in a ####ing apartment with pink tile in the bathroom?

Northerners are insane.

You're not paying $50 per square foot. Check your math.
Check streeteasy.com... http://streeteasy.com/for-rent/brooklyn-heights/rental_type:frbo,brokernofee,brokerfee

My neighborhood, median $54 a foot...

You guys interested in the waste down photos

I'll clear out my PMs
That entire photo is waste, as far as I'm concerned.
:lmao:

Not clicking on it.
Oh, it's no big deal. It's just a naked guy taking a selfie in his grandma's bathroom.
I wanna kick you in the nads, but you're making me :lmao: too much...
Guess you'll need me to stop by for that, since you can't afford clothes after paying your rent.

$5,000 a month would cover your mortgage on this at today's rates, with 100% financing:

This is a decent comp to mine:

I think the deals are slightly better by you :kicksrock:

I'm a slightly lower on price per square foot, but the room proportions, window AC's, etc. give you an idea... This unfortunately what it is over here.

Pretty boring looking house actually.
It was the first one on the list.

You could buy this house twice:

This house you posted is very nice for $520k. Comparable around here in the same price range:

Don't forget the $1,200 monthly maintenance

If I was a betting man, I would say it was originally one, but now you can be the proud owner of three additional paper thin walls for only a half million.
