He's an ideal physical specimen to deflect raging linebackers and has the lateral agility to cover space and head them off. He didn't have to do a ton of that at Alabama so he's a tad raw but everything has been looking up in that regard. That's why they'll likely be doing a heavy dose of 3rd downs from the shotgun. It's easier to pick up defenders for the RB in the shotgun, which also gives them plenty of lead draw options. This offense could look like the early 90s Cowboys, except they had a much, much better offensive line.
